for Ten or fifteen Minutes and then brought them back.</p>

his Last Circumstances<lb></lb>
that said Tengay and Leggitt must have been the<lb></lb>
Persons who committed the Robbery. The caused them both<lb></lb>
to be apprehended when on Tingay being Searched there<lb></lb>
was found upon him Eighteen Guineas one of which<lb></lb>
he Positively Swears to have been Stolen as above set<lb></lb>
forthSaith that on Examining said Leggitt, the<lb></lb>
first time no proof was adduced of his having been Guilly<lb></lb>
of the Robbery but some other suspicions having a<obscured></obscured>

soon after he was discharged he was<obscured></obscured>
apprehended and upon Search<lb></lb>
being made in his<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
Apartment there was found in a<lb></lb>
Tobacco Box SixGuineas and which he verily believes<lb></lb>
is part of the Thirty Guineas so Stolen as aforesaid<lb></lb>
Lastly Saith that he is the more Induced to be believe<lb></lb>
