<p n="662">That in the Afternoon of the same day, about 4 o'Clock, the said<lb></lb>
Allen and Webb came into this Informant's again when this<lb></lb>
Informant questioned them "how they came by the said Watch<lb></lb>
and Buckles", when said Allen replied that "they had got them<lb></lb>
from a Gentleman, who was very resolute before said Allen<lb></lb>
gave him a blow on his head which quieted him" from which<lb></lb>
Declaration this Informant understood that they had robbed the<lb></lb>
said Gentleman of said Watch and BucklesThat said Webb<lb></lb>
at this Time had one of his Fingers out or hurt, and upon being<lb></lb>
asked by this Informant "how he had received the hurt", he<lb></lb>
replied that " it was occasioned by taking out the Bugger<lb></lb>
Buckles" meaning the Gentleman who had been robbed<lb></lb>
That Allen afterwards desired this Informant "to take care<lb></lb>
of the said Watch and Buckles as there would be a Sad<lb></lb>
Chants in the Newspapers about them"Says that<lb></lb>
about three Weeks preceding the last mentioned Transaction<lb></lb>
