the Coroners Inquest which sat on his Body brought in<lb></lb>
their Verdict Manslaughter and these Deponents further<lb></lb>
Severally Say That they were Informed and verily Beleive<lb></lb>
the same to be True That during the Illness of the said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45012_n2125-6">James<lb></lb>
Mackoun</rs>

was Extreamly Ill and there upon the Defendant who was<lb></lb>
in the Tap Room Head the Waiter mention the same and<lb></lb>
as these Deponents are likewise Informed and Beleive<lb></lb>
Immediately Asconded without the Knowledge or Privity<lb></lb>
of these Deponents or either of them and these Deponents<lb></lb>
Possitively Say that they Know not where he is nor what<lb></lb>
is become of him Buton these Deponents bring Informed<lb></lb>
a Bill of Indictment for Murder was found against him</p>
