Death, do, upon their Oath, say, That the said man unknown on the Seventeenth Day<lb></lb>
of August in the Year aforesaid was found drowned and suffocated in the <rs type="placeName" id="LMCOIC65102_geo2328">New River</rs>

by what means he became drowned and suffocated no Evidence doth appear to<lb></lb>
the said Jurors</p>
<p n="2300"> IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said Coroner as the said Donald Mac Donald<lb></lb>
the Foreman of the said Jurors, on the Behalf of himself and the Rest of his said Fellows, in<lb></lb>
their Presence, have, to this Inquisition, set their Hands and Seals, the Day and Year first<lb></lb>
above written.</p>
