on the seventeenth Day of May in the Year aforesaid accidentally
casually and by Misfortune fell into The River Thames
at Shadwell Dock
Stairs in the
Parish and County aforesaid and was in the Waters thereof then and there suffocated and
drowned, Of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the said

there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said

in Manner and by the Means aforesaid accidentally, casually and by
Misfortune came to his Death In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
