Highways in the Parish and County aforesaid It so happened That he the said Phillip<lb></lb>
Smith then and there accidentally, casually and by Misfortune fell from the said<lb></lb>
Gelding to and upon the Ground By Means whereof he the said <rs type="persName" id="LMCOIC65102_n1669-21">Philip Smith</rs>
