Brown Mare< no role >
over a Place called the Hyde in
the Parish and County aforesaid It so happened That the said Mare then and there
suddenly fell down and threw the said

to the Ground By Means
whereof he the said

then and there accidentally casually and by
Misfortune received one Mortal Bruise in and upon the Right Temple of him
the said

Of which said Mortal Bruise he the said

from the said Seventeenth Day of March in the Year aforesaid Untill the Twentieth
Day of the same Month in the same Year at the Parish aforesaid in the County
aforesaid Did Languish and Languishing Did Live Old which said Twentieth
Day of March in the year aforesaid he the said

aforesaid of the Mortal Bruise aforesaid Did Die And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said

in Manner
and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune Came to his
Death And that the said Mare was the Cause of the Death of the said John
Addington
And is of the Value of Five Shillings and the Property and in the
Possession of

or of his Assigns
