Death, do, upon their Oath, say, That the said Catherine Middup not being of sound<lb></lb>
Mind, Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and distracted on the Fourth Day<lb></lb>
of October in the Year aforesaid herself into a Pond of Water situate in Mr Scott's<lb></lb>
