to take hold of a Rope in the said Lighter It so happened That he the said Ralph Culbert then<lb></lb>
and there accidentally casually and by Misfortune fell from the said Gunnell of the Barge aforesaid into<lb></lb>
The River aforesaid and was in the Waters thereof then and there suffocated and drowned<lb></lb>
