of Saint Luke in the County of
Middlesex , the twenty first Day of November in the twenty Second Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third , by the Grace of God, of Great-Britain, France, and
Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Thomas Phillips< no role >
one of the Coroners of our said Lord the King for the said County, on View of the Body of

good and lawful Men of the said County, duly chosen, and who being then and there duly
sworn and charged to inquire, for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by what Means, the
said Robert Field< no role > came to his
Death, Do, upon their Oath, say, That the said Robert Field< no role > not being of sound Mind
Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and distracted on the Eighteenth Day
of November in the Year aforesaid One End of a small Cord to an Iron Screw
in the Wall of the Lodging [..] apurtment of him the said Robert Field< no role >
situatein the Dwelling [..] Wilson situate in Bunhill Row
Parish and County [..] thereof about his own neck [..]
