at King Edward Stairs in the<lb></lb>
Parish and County aforesaid and being endeavouring to bear off the said Ship from<lb></lb>
a certain other Ship called The Symetry which was then and there foul of the said first<lb></lb>
mentioned Ship It so happened That he the said Negro Boy called Limerick<lb></lb>
then and there accidentally casually and by Misfortune fell into The River aforesaid<lb></lb>
and was in the Waters thereof then and there suffocated and drowned of which said<lb></lb>
Suffocation and Drowning he the said Negro Boy called Lemerick and there died<lb></lb>
and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said Negro<lb></lb>
Boy called Limcrick in manner and by the Means aforesaid accidentally casually<lb></lb>
and by Misfortune came to his Death</p>
