sworn and charged to inquire, for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by what Means, the<lb></lb>
said Andrew Turnbull came to his<lb></lb>
Death, Do, upon their Oath, say, That The said Andrew Turnbull on the Thirteenth<lb></lb>
Day of July in the Year aforesaid being stepping from a certain Ship called The<lb></lb>
Cumberland then <rs type="placeName" id="LMCOIC65102_geo439">lying on the River Thames</rs>

County aforesaid to a certain other Ship to the said Jurors unknown then also lying<lb></lb>
there. It so happened That he the said Andrew Turnbull then and there accidentally<lb></lb>
casually and by Misfortune fell into The River aforesaid and was in the Waters<lb></lb>
thereof then and there suffocated and Drowned of which said Suffocation and Drowning<lb></lb>
He the said Andrew Turnbull then and there died and so the Jurors aforesaid upon<lb></lb>
their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said Andrew Turnbull in Manner and by<lb></lb>
the Means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune came to his Death</p>
