in the Parish of St. James Clerkenwell in the County of
Middlesex ontheDay of
178 BeforeEsquire one of his
Majesty's Coroners for the said County touching the Death of
then and there lying dead
as follow.

Richard Ilsley< no role > . Nurse of the More Sick Ward in
the said Prison Upon his Oath Saith That the deceased
was in the Sick Ward thirteen days (before he died) of
a Fever and was also afflicted with the foul
deceaseSaith that on Monday last in the
Evening about 7 oClock be died of the fever
altho: every necessary Care and attention was
shown to him.
