The Condition of this Recognizance is dich that if the above bounden
do severally personally appear at the next Session of the Peace to be holden at Hicks's

Hall Situate an On Clerkenwell Green in & for the County of Middx And the sd
shall then & there Preferer Cause to be Preferred to the Grand Jury a Bill of Indictt. agt.
for the Wilfull Murder of
and that the sd
do then & there Le [..] ly Personally

Personally Appear to give Evidence on such Bill of Indictt to the sd Grand Jury And in Case the sd Bill of
Indict Shall be retd. by the Grand Jury a true Bill that then they the sd
do severally Personally Appear at the next Session of Gaol

Delivery to be holden for the sd Coy of Middx at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey London And the said
shall then & there Prosecute of Cause to be Prosecuted the sd
on such Indictt And the sd

do then & there Severally give Evidence to the Jury that shall Pass on the Tryal of the sd
touching the Premes And in Case the sd Bill of Indict Shall be returned
by the Grand Jury not found that then they do Severally Personally Appear at the sd Session of Gaol
Delivery to be then & there holden for the Co. And then and there Prosecute And give Evidence
to the Jury that Shall Pass on the Tryal of the sd Upon an Inquor taken before me one of his
Matys Coroners for the sd Co: of Middx On View of the Body of the sd
and not depart the Court without
Leave then this Recognizance to be David sd wise to Remain full force
