Upon his Oath Saith<lb></lb>
That. on Friday Night last the deceased get<lb></lb>
out of his Bed (Deponent Sleeping in the<lb></lb>
same Room with him about 12 in the<lb></lb>
Nigbite and about. 3 in the Morning<lb></lb>
of Saturday Deponent got up to go to his.<lb></lb>
Work & missed deceased (who was his Father<lb></lb>
from his Bed. and supposing he had gone.<lb></lb>
down to the necessary was going to seek for<lb></lb>

who told him what water<lb></lb>
he was to do. and Deponent Said I am afraid.<lb></lb>
I shall find my Father dead as he has got upon<lb></lb>
the Night and looking about saw him hanging<lb></lb>
to little Codling Tree at the End of the House.<lb></lb>
by Silk Handkerchief which he had fastened<lb></lb>
Round his Neck by one End and the other to the<lb></lb>
Free which was so low that his bro<obscured></obscured>
as Rested on<lb></lb>
the Ground and when Deponent went up to him</p>
