Street Coachmaker upon his Oath Saith That the<lb></lb>

was Brother in Law to sd.<obscured></obscured>
& had<lb></lb>
as this Deponent has been informed been bred to<lb></lb>
the Business of a Tallow Chandler and has been<lb></lb>
about Three Months at Mr. Frooms House staying<lb></lb>
there untill he could get a played some Employment<lb></lb>
in the Business he was brought up in. That when<lb></lb>
the deceased first came to Mr. Froom's he was ruther<lb></lb>
cheerfull but afterwards became dejected and out<lb></lb>
of Spirits as Deponent supposes at not getting some<lb></lb>
employment. Deponent was absent on Account of<lb></lb>
his. Health about two Months of the time the deceased<lb></lb>
was staying at Mr. Frooms. and upon his Return about<lb></lb>
afortnight since found the deceased at his Masters in<lb></lb>
the same dejected State he left him. And Saith that<lb></lb>
on Saturday Night last about Eleven or twelve oClock.<lb></lb>
the deceased went up to his Chambers in the intention as<lb></lb>
Deponent supposed to go to Bed. that he had been<lb></lb>
as had to sit down to Supper that Night but refused<lb></lb>
and seemed rather in an about State of Mind as he<lb></lb>
did not answer several Questions that Deponent put.</p>
