in the County
of Surrey Banjaman Upon his Oath Saith that
he has honour the deceased upwards of Sixteen
Years who was a pauper in Richmond
Workhouse and saw him on Old Christmas
day now last since which time until Tuesday
last this Seventh instant he has been missing
from the Workhouse and on that day or this Deponent

were endeavouring to ster
some Timber that was adress in the River
the observed the deceased floating under the
Joe at the End of the Timber upon which
Deponent draw him upon the Shore And
Saith that during all the before mentioned
time he knew the observed the [..] as much
troubled with fits and as Deponent know.
the deceased used to be employed by a [..]
Hubbard where House is opposite the Workhouse
to dip Water out of the River for the Family apprehends that
heren [..] on Old Christmas day aforesaid to dose and being
probably Seized with one of his Fill fell into
the River and nothing able to his engage himself
