To the Constables Headboroughs and Beadles of Saint James
Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex

to wit

By Virtue of any office These are in his Majestys Name do Charge and
Command you that on sight hereof you Summon and Warn Twenty four
able and Sufficient Men of your Parish

Personally to be and appear before me on Tuesday the twenty seventh Day of
December instant at Fourof the Clock in the
Afternoonat the House of Martha Furby< no role > the
Sign of the Three Queens on Clerkenwell Green

Then and there do and execute all such things that shall be given
them in Charge on behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King Majesty
touching the Death of Mary Phillips< no role >
and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant and that you also
attend at the time and place above mentioned to make are turn of the
Names of the Persons whom you shall have so Summoned and
further to do and execute such other Matters as shall be then and
there enjoined you and have you then and there this Warrant
Given under my hand and Seal this twenty sixth day of
December 1785 .
