An Inquisition intended taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at The Parish of Isleworth
in the County of Middlesex , the 14th Day of April in the 23d Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the third , by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, KING, Defender of
the Faith, Etc. before Edward Umfreville one of the Coroner of Our said Lord
the KING, for the said County, on view of the body of Sarah Mills< no role >
then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of John Bell< no role > , John
Mott Sebastian Gurney< no role > , James Lover< no role > , John Mitton< no role > , Isaac Ouzby< no role > John Jay< no role >
John Morgan< no role > , Frances Cooper< no role > , John Garrard< no role > , William Francis< no role > , Anthony Atlee< no role >
George Bacon< no role > , John Arm< no role > and Jacob Keen< no role >

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Sarah Mills< no role >
came to h er Death, Do upon their Oath say, That The said Sarah
Mills on the Thirteenth Day of April in the Year aforesaid was found drowned
and suffocated in a Piece of Water in the Parish and County aforesaid But
how or by what Means she became drowned and suffocated no Evidence doth
appear to the said Jurors

In Witness whereof, as well the said Coroner, as the said John Bell< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
