good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn<lb></lb>

Heath or the Twenty second Day of March in the Year aforesaid being an Infant<lb></lb>
of the Age of One Year and an half or thereabouts accidentally casually and<lb></lb>
by misfortune fell into a Pan of <rs type="placeName" id="LMCOIC65101_geo755">Suds</rs>

And was therein suffocated and<lb></lb>
Smothered of which said Suffocation and Smothering she the said Elizabeth<lb></lb>
Heath then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath<lb></lb>
