good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn<lb></lb>
and charged to enquire for our Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said New born Male<lb></lb>
Child came to h is Death, Do upon their Oath say, That some Person or Parsons<lb></lb>
to the Jurors aforesaid as yet unknown Not having the Fear of God before his, her<lb></lb>
or their Eyes but being moved and seduced by the Instigation of the Devil on<lb></lb>
the Twenty first Day of June in the Year aforesaid with Force and Grins at the parish aforesaid in the County by aforesaid in and upon the said<lb></lb>
New born Male Child in the Peace of God and of our said Lord the King then<lb></lb>
and there being feloniously wilfully and of his, her or their Malice aforethought<lb></lb>
Did Make an Assault and That the said Person or Persons so as aforesaid unknown<lb></lb>
the said New born Male Child in a certain Linnen Cloth of No Value did then and there feloniously<lb></lb>
Wilfully and of his, her or their Malice aforethought Wrap up and fold By Means whereof the said,<lb></lb>
New born Male Child was then and there suffocated and Smothered of which said suffocation<lb></lb>
and Smothering the said New born Male Child then and there died<lb></lb>
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said Person or Person so<lb></lb>
as aforesaid as yet the said New born Male Child in Manner and by the Means aforesaid feloniously Wilfully and of his<lb></lb>
her or their Malice aforethought did kill and Murder against the Peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity<lb></lb>
