aforesaid in the County aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn
and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what
manner the said

came to his death say upon their oath
that the said

on the fifteenth day of July in the year aforesaid
being in a certain street and highway called Bankside situate in the parish of Saint
Saviour within the Borough
and County aforesaid and a certain person whose
name to the Jurors aforesaid in unknown being driving a certain Cart drawn
by two houses along and through the said street It so happened that that houses drawing
the said Cart did then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune run against
the said

was thereby then and
there accidentally casually and by misfortune run against the said Thomas Willenghby< no role >
and the said

was thereby then and there accidentally forced to
and against the ground and Stone pavement there and the off wheel of the said
Cart did then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune go upon and pass over
the body of the said

by means whereof the said

did then and there receive divers mortal bruises and fractures in and upon his
body of which said mortal bruises and fractures he the said

from the said fifteenth day of July in the year aforesaid until the twenty first day
of the same month of July in the same year as well at the said parish of Saint Saviour
as also at the aforesaid parish of Saint Thomas within the Borough
and County aforesaid
did languish and languishing did live and on the same day and year last aforesaid
at the parish last aforesaid in the Borough
and County aforesaid the said

of the said mortal bruises and fractures did die.And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath
aforesaid do say that the said
