London Deposition of a Witness taken at London that
is to say at the Parish of Saint Bridget otherwise
Bride in the Ward of Farringdon without in London
aforesaid this 25th. day of May 1799 on view of the
body of Samuel Haines Marriott< no role > now here lying
Dead.

Sarah Dexly< no role > Widow a Lodger at No. 4 near Turnstile Holborn
maketh Oath that she hath attend the deced who was a Prisoner in the
Fleet prison about a fortnight during which time he has been very ill and
appeared to Dept. to be in a decline that he coughed and spit very much and
has kept to him Red the whole of the time Dept. has attended him
That he continued to get worn and decline daily until a little before four
yesterday Morning when he departed this Life.
