the King when how and in what manner the said

upon their oath that the said

an infant on the twelfth day of May in the year
aforesaid being in a certain two pair of Stairs room in the dwelling house of
situate in New Court
in the Old Bailey
in the parish of Saint Sepulchre in the Ward aforesaid

aforesaid and being near to the window of the said room It so happened
that the said

accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and out
of the said Window into the said Court and to upon and against the ground and stone
pavement there by means whereof the said

did then and there receive
one mortal fracture of the scull of her the said

of which said mortal fracture

did then and there instantly die.And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means
aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune came to her death and not otherwise
