surgeon maketh Oath that about four
o clock in the afternoon of Sunday sennight the deced was
brought to Dept that Dept examined the deced that it had
a centurian on the right side of its head-Dept applied such remedy as he
thought necessary and the deced was then taken away by its
markerthat Dept afternoon attended the deced at its
Mother house top of Queen Street
Rotherhithe
[..] daily
until Monday last when Dept advised its being taken to
St. Thomas's Hospital
Dept understood it was brought
here on Monday Roth and that it died in the course of the
NightAnd Dept. hains doubt the injury the deced had
in the head occasioned the deced Death.

that between twelve and one O clock afternoon of Sunday the
24th March last a woman who lodger in the same house
withas Dept does and who goes by the name of Kitty came
in from the next house that she set down in the pakage
of the housethat [..] Depts. child the deced was playing
about that the [..] said from an Kitty called the deced to
herthe deced went to her that
[..] appeared to bethe
said woman Kitty appeared very muchappearedintoxicated
[..] the deced [..]
[..] went to the woman [..] Dept
continued in his Roomthatin a little while after Dept. went
towards the Room Door and saw the deced going up the stairs
towards the said womanthat the deced had an Hammer
in his [..] hand with he dropp night before he went up the stairs to the said foreman that the deced went up four or five
Stairs towards the said woman that the said woman being
intoxicated and having at chair in one hand and a Both in
the other by some means or other fell from the stairs and
fell upon the deced who fell from the stairs to the pakage
