George Rixon< no role > one of the Surgeon of Saint Thomas's Hospital
maketh Oath that about one oClock on Saturday afternoon last he
attended the deced that he was lying on a Bed in Edwards Ward
that he had no external injury but his flesh a little puffed on the
left side of his Head and a discharge of blood from his left Ear
That the deced has been opened since his decease and Dept.
say this Death was occasioned by a violent concussion of the
Brain and a fracture in the Cower part of his Head
