been there for the recovery of his HealthThat since his return from
Bath he hath complained of violent Head Acheshad appeared
very dull Melancholy and low spiritedDept. says that upon
since the deceds return from Bath and while Dept. was there
with him he has observed the deced very absent at times and
incoherent not giving apt and proper answers when spoke to
Dept. says on his Oath he has no doubt that the deced was deranged

three times) that the deced appeared very much agitated Dept.
told him he came to pay some Money the deced sayed he had
nothing to do with MoneyThat the deced continued very much
agitated and wished to get rid of Dept. That Dept. continued
in the Office with the deced about ten MinutesThat [..] from
the behaviour of the deced Dept.wasconsidered him deranged
so much so that Dept. did not speak to him about the business
Dept. intended to have mentioned to him. Dept. says on his
Oath he has no doubt the deced was deranged at the time he
saw him as before mentioned
