An Inquisition Indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at London that is to say
at the parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate in the Ward of Portsoken in London aforesaid
on the twenty fourth day of March in the thirty seventh year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth before Thomas Shelton< no role > Gentleman
Coroner of our said Lord the King for the City of London and Borough of Southwark
on view of the body of John Connall< no role > now here lying dead by the oath of [..] Joseph William

and James Hamper< no role > good and lawful men of the City of London aforesaid who being now here duly
chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner
the said John Connall came to his death say upon their oath that on the twenty first
day of March in the thirty seventh year aforesaid about the hour of ten in the night of
the same day and from thence continually afterwards until between the hours of six and seven
in the morning of the twenty second day of March in the same year the said John Connall< no role > was
exposed to the inclemency of the weather in divers streets and places in the Parish and Ward
aforesaid in London aforesaid and by reason and means thereof the said John Connall then and there
to wit between the hours of six and seven in the morning of the said twenty second day of March
in the year aforesaid at the Parish and Ward aforesaid in London aforesaid died and so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said John Connall in manner and by the means
aforesaid came to his death and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner
as the said William Joseph Rogers< no role > the foreman of the said Jurors to this Inquisition have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day year and place first abovewritten.
