up to the first floor of the said warehouse It so happened that after they had hoisted up<lb></lb>
the said piece of Timber and placed a shore under it that the said shore accidentally casually<lb></lb>
and by misfortune gave way and the said Cap and joist accidentally casually and by<lb></lb>
misfortune fell down to and upon and against the said <rs type="persName" id="LMCLIC65010_n149-18">John Resbridge</rs>

of two pence and the property of and in the possession of the aforesaid United Company of<lb></lb>
