maketh oath that [..] about eight oClock yesterday Morning
he saw a Waggon drawn by four horses belonging [..] to Moss Smith< no role >
&Co
of Islington
[..] going from out of the yard
of Messrs. Calvert & Co Brewers
Whitecross Street
that just on the
Waggon and got past the Counting house on the side of the Gateway
he heard some Men in the yard cry out "poor Man he is dead"
Dept. went out and saw the deced (who appeared to be the driver
of the Waggon) between the shafts of the Waggon & the wall of the
Gateway-that some Men got the deced from between the Shaft
of the Waggon & the Wall-that he was laid near the Counting house
that he was quite insensible-that a Surgeon
who had been sent
for came and bled the deced that very little blood came from him
that in about half an hour after the deced appeared to be quite
dead.
