1 That a certain person or persons [..] to the Jurors of unknown not having
the fear of God before his her or their Eyes but being moved & seduced by the
instigon of the Devil on the 18th day of May in the year afsd at the Parish afsd
in the Ward of in London afd in & upon the sd male infant Child in the peace of God feel & did make an assault And that the
sd Person or Psons [..] to the Jurors afsd unknown
with his her or their handsfalsehim the sd infant Child in and upon the
head of him the sd infant Child did then & there feller strike & beatSeymours
whereof [..] the sd psons [..] did then & there feels give unto him the sd infant Child
by such striking & beating of him the sd infant Child as afsd two mortal
fractures of the scull of him the sd infant Child of which sd mortal fractures of [..]
the sd male infant Child did then & there die - and so [..] No goods - Flight
