Head in Tower Street London maketh Oath that
he hath known the deced Richard Monday< no role >
about fourteen years that he was a fellowship
Porter-that Dept. & the deced have Worked together
as Porters on Billingsgate Quay four years past
that about ten OClock last on Monday Morning last the deced
called on Dept. as the Czar's head & he do Dept. as off together to opened
the day together-That they went to the House of
a Mr. Darant the Tookesbury Church in Whitechapel
Dept. believes is might be about twelve or one OClock
in the Day when they got there that they continued
drinking together until about ¼ past Hat Night
when they left the said House & returned to the Czars
Head a little before twelve that the House being shut
& Dept. the deced finding they could not get in the
proceeded to Billingsgate Market Dept. less the deced under
the Piazzar as Billingsgate Market & went to a
public Privy just by that while there a person
who was in th privy sayed something was fall on
into the Water Dept. less the privy [..]

[..] upon going out some persons who were on a Woods A Platform belonging to Billingsgate Query were looking into
the Waterandbetween the Craft [..] there thatand after
in about 20 Minutes a person was taken out of
the Water between two Craft that lay with theirs
heady to wards the platform of Billingsgate Quay which
proved to he the said Richard Monday< no role > whom Dept. had
left as before stated but the deced was taken into the
Anligallian public house that he was quite mentioned
