LondonDeposition of a Witness taken at London that
is to say at the parish of Saint Sepulchre in the
Ward of Farringdon without in London
aforesaid this 29th. day of April 1795 on view of
the Body of Robert Fidler< no role > now here lying
dead.

William Dennison< no role > a Prisoner for Debt in His Majesty< no role > 's Goal of Newgate
maketh Oath that he hath known the deced Robert Fidler twelve days
that he was also a Prisoner for Debt in the said Gaol that he has been ill
the whole of that time with an Ashmalice Complaint that he congled
and spit very much that the deced sayed he had been afflicted with
the aforesaid complaint a considerable time before that the deced got
worn daily and declined very much that on Wednesday last he was
still as to lay in Bed the whole Day and Night and yesterday Morng
he departed this Life - that the deced was attended by the Surgeon of
the Gaol during his illness and Dept has no doubt the aforesaid
Complaint occasioned the deceds death.
