in the Ward of Farringdon

aforesaid on the twenty fifth day of January in the thirty sixth
year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth

aforesaid being a prisoner in the prison of our Lord the King of the Fleet
situate in
the parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid and being then and there sick and
languishing It so happened that the said

within the prison
aforesaid by the visitation of God
died a natural death and by no violent means or manner whatsoever
