for the County of Surrey
situate in the Parish
of Saint George within the Borough of Southwark
in the
County aforesaid maketh Oath that he hath known the
deced
Thomas Box< no role >
about three Months that he was also
a Prisoner
in that House of Correction
aforesaid that the
deced was taken ill about three Weeks ago that he
continued ill a few days when the Surgeon who attends
the Prison [..] sent him some Medecine that he then
get betterThat on Thursday last the deced get bed
again complained of a violent pain in his side that the
Surgeon
sent him Medicine to case the pain in his side
that the deced continued to get worse and took to him
Bed that he continued to get worse daily until [..]
Friday Morning last when he departed this Life
that the deced was an aged [..] Man [..] about
sixty nine years of age That after the deced was taken
ill he had broth Porter and wine given to him at different
times during his illness.
