on the twelfth day of August in the year aforesaid
being walking in his sleep about three in the night of the same day in a certain Bedroom
situate up three pair of stairs in the dwelling house of onePearce there situate It so happened
that the said

accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and out of the Window
of the said bedroom down and upon the stone pavement in a certain yard belonging to the said dwelling
house by means whereof the said

did then and there receive divers mortal briuses
in and upon divers parts of his body of which said mortal bruises the said

did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune
came to his death and not otherwise In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said Arthur
Edie the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence
have to this Inquisition set their hands and seals the day year and place first above written.
