London Informations of Witnesses taken at the
parish of Saint Magnus the martyr
in the Ward of Bridge in London
the 10th. day of July 1795 on view
of the body of Joseph Green< no role >
there lying dead

David Wilton< no role > of no. 73 upper Thames Street
London Lighterman maketh oath that last Wednesday
eve as Dept was at Mr. Thompson's craft< no role > , Red Cross
Wharf, making his boat past, he was called to by a led
on Fishmongers wharf, & cold there was somebody in the
Water-the sayed he was among the Craft, Dept looked &
saw a person in the water, about seven or eight yard from
him, Dept should his boat round toward the deced in hopes
of being able to save him-Dept picked up his hat, he
the deced had make. Says that John Pangbourn< no role > came
with his boat & grapplings, & Dept assisted him to went
for the deced whom they picked up on about half an hour
as Dept believes after he had seen himSays he appeared
to be quite dead, that many endeavor were made to [..]
the deced witht. effectSays the bad who port called to
Dept told him that he believed the lad was stepping from
the [..] to anor. when he fell in
