given Dept. asked the deced how he was (he having been ill sometime<lb></lb>
before) the deced sayed he was very well-he continued a<lb></lb>
little while with Dept. & then left him that he then look every wild with his Eyes-that in about five<lb></lb>
Minister Dept. head the Report of a Pistol as Dept. believed<lb></lb>

observed the But end of a Piston in the deced hand<lb></lb>

Meath back Dept. called on the deced in conquence<lb></lb>
of his having a Fore<obscured></obscured>
upon Dept. going seeing the deced<lb></lb>

Throat-that from that time until his Death Dept. has<lb></lb>
observed great charge in the deced manner & and not<lb></lb>
that he looked very wild talked very in copevently<lb></lb>
& Dept. has every reason to believe from the observations<lb></lb>
he has made upon the deced behaviours this last Month<lb></lb>
past that he was very much Lenanged</p>
