London Depositions of Witnesses taken at
London that is to say at the Parish
of Allhallows Barking in the Ward
of Tower in London aforesaid this
22d. day of April 1795 on view of the
Body of Robert Beeho< no role > now here
lying Dead

Thomas Moss< no role > of Cliff in the County of Sussex Kings
Officer maketh Oath that about one OClock yesterday
afternoon Dept. being in a yard belonging to East India Cos .
private Trade Warehouse adjoint the Corn Market in
Mark Lane London found something falling behind
him upon which he looked [..] up at a Loop Hole
in the fifth Story of the Warehouse Dept. then looked
round & saw a Man Legs & then discovered it to be the
deced that he was lying upon his Belly on the pavement
Dept. examined him that he had no pulse & was dead-that
a great quantity of blood came from his Month and
Head-that his right Leg appeared to be broken-that
since he has been stripped he appears to havesome
a bruise on the Knee of the left Leg. his right high
appears to be fractured-Dept. went into the Warehouse
& upon inquiry found no person
That the deced has been
employed sometime at the Warehouse was a very civil
quiet Man that several other Men were employed
at the Warehouse as the time by whom the deced was
very well liked & was always upon very good terms

Benjamin in Stroud< no role > a Labourer employed in the East
India Company's private Trade Warehouse Mark Lane & a lodge
at No. 5 Crown street Finsbury Square Moorfields
maketh Oath that he hath known the deced Robert
Becks said August last-that Dept. & the deced with
several other Men were yesterday employed at the said
warehouse -That about ½ part twelve Yesterday Dept
being in the Loft of the fourth story of the warehouse the
deced passed him & went up the Stairs to the Left of
the fifth Storey-that no other person went up [..]
& Dept. is sure no other person could be there Dept head
