Street Builder maketh Oath that he hath known the deced

(who was a Carpenter
by Trade) about a Week
part in consequence of his coming to Mr. Gubbin's for Charity
That he appeared to be a very aged and infirm Man-that
he saw the deced about five O Clock on Friday Night last in
a Watch Box the Corner of Friar's Alley Thomas Street< no role >
that he
appeared very ill [..] much so that he was supported by a
Person of the Name of Hawkins-that he appeared to be in a
dying state-that some persons moved the deced from the [..]
to the Friar Public House just by-that he was taken into a
Room in. that house that a Surgeon
was sent who soon after
came (a Mr. Anderson) that he examined the deced that the
deced departed this Life put before he was moved to the public House [..] that upon
Mr. Anderson examining the deced he sayed the deced appeared
to him to have some disease on him & that he was of opinion the
deced did not die intirely from want but that the disease [..]
was afflicted with for want of proper care together with want of
proper Nourishment might occasion his Death
