maketh Oath that she hath known the deced Charles Danks<lb></lb>
an Infant about One Year and seven Months Old whose<lb></lb>

Mr. Bush's House about since it was Born that Dept occupies the twi pair of Stairs<lb></lb>
Back Room that between five six OClock in the afternoon<lb></lb>
of Thursday last the deced was in Dept. Room that the<lb></lb>

Mother of the deced came<lb></lb>
up to Dept. Room & took the deced in her Arms & event<lb></lb>
down stairs with it saying she was going to clean it &<lb></lb>
take it an Airing that in a few Minutes after Dept.<lb></lb>
sitting as her Window heard the Mother of the deced cry<lb></lb>
but & say "oh my Child" my Child is gone out of the<lb></lb>
Window" that Dept looked out of her Window & saw the<lb></lb>
deced falling from the One pair of Stairs back Room<lb></lb>
Window that it fell<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
backwards and the back part<lb></lb>
of his Head fell against the stone, in the yard of the<lb></lb>
Home Dept. immediately ran down Stairs and when<lb></lb>
she got at the bottom of her own Stairs she met the Mother<lb></lb>
of the deced coming out of her Back Room without either<lb></lb>
Handkerchief or Cap on appearing to have been droping<lb></lb>
herself that she wrung her Hands and cryed out very<lb></lb>
much Dept. event down into the yard that Mr. Bush<lb></lb>
had got the Child in his Arms that a Doctor who<lb></lb>
had been sent for came soon after that he examined<lb></lb>
the deced that the deced was quite imensible and had<lb></lb>
received a very great Wound on the back part of his Head<lb></lb>
from which a great deal of blood came the Doctor<lb></lb>
dressed the Childs Wound in Mr Bush's Kitchen and then<lb></lb>
it was taken up Stairs and delivered to the Mother<lb></lb>
that the deced lived until Yesterday afternoon about<lb></lb>
four OClock when it departed this Life</p>
