being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how<lb></lb>
and in what manner the said Joseph came to his death say upon their oath that the said Joseph<lb></lb>
on the eleventh day of June in the year aforesaid being in a certain boat on the <rs type="placeName" id="LMCLIC65007_geo733">River of Thames</rs>

it so happened that the said Joseph accidentally casually and by misfortune fell into the River<lb></lb>
of Thames and in and with the waters of the said River was then and there suffocated and<lb></lb>
drowned of which said suffocation and drowning the said Joseph did then and there die<lb></lb>
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said Joseph in manner and<lb></lb>
by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune came to his death and not<lb></lb>
otherwise In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said James Hasted the foreman<lb></lb>
of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this<lb></lb>
Inquisition set their hands and seals the day year and place first abovewritten</p>
