London Informations of Witnesses taken at the
parish of Saint Bartholomew the less in
the Ward of Farringdon without in London
the 19th. day of July 1793 on view of the body
of James Ironmonger< no role > an infant there lying
dead.

Ann< no role > the Wife of John Ironmonger< no role > of No. 22 Eagle
Street Red Lyon Square labourer maketh oath that last
Thursday between three & four oclock in the afternoon John
Northweller a broker came to Dept. apartment to distrain for
rent due to the Landlord Mr. Crossland who came with the Broker.
That after the Broker had taken an Inventory two soldiers came
& assisted in removing the goods to an adjoining left. That they
wanted to take away the fire wood and Dept sayed they should
not. That a pipkin with pass in it was on the ground and the
broker kicked it down and damned it & likewise His Dept.
that Dept followed the broker when he had the Wood with the
deced in her Arms sucking at her breast, and Dept believes she
pulled at the Wood & presently being against a pair of soldiers
doors they opened and she fell from the one pair of Stairs into
the yard with the deced in her arms. Says she was insensible
until she afterwards found herself at Saint Bartholomews Hospital
says she was in a great passion with the Broker
