Depositions of Witnesses taken on view
of the Body of Sarah Lovell< no role > 4th March
at the parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate in the Ward of Bishopsgate
without.

Mary Atkinson< no role > Servant to Mr William Lovell< no role > of
Bishopsgate Street without [..] Saith
that last Wednesday her Mistress went
out and left the deceased Sarah Lovell< no role >
aged about Eight years in this Deponents
Care-That about Two o Clock Deponent
was Ironing and the deceased was
Sitting by the Fire with a Relations
Child about five years old-That
the deceased was sitting by the Fire
and the other Child was near the
Ironing Board-Deponent heard the
deceased Cry out and upon turning round
Deponent saw that her Cloaths were
on Fire deponent went to her and
endeavoured to extinguish the
flames by putting her Apron over
the Child-but the flame encreasing
Deponent went into the [..]
[..] back Kitchen to get save Water
and the deceased ran out into the
papage and when Deponent
had get the Water the Child had
got back into the Kitchen where
Deponent threw Water upon
her until the fire was put out
