Deposition of Witness taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Christ Church
in the Ward of Farringdon within in London
aforesaid this 23d. day of February 1793
on view of the Body of William Williams< no role >
now here lying Dead.

John Radenhurst< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath that he hath known the deced William Williams< no role >
about three Weeks that he hath been in the Sick Ward
where Dept. attends about a week ill with a Fever
that he continued very ill untill two OClock this Morning
when he departed this Life that he was attended by
the Surgeon of the said Gaol and Dept. has no doubt
the aforesaid disorder occasioned the deced Death
