Depositions of Witnesses taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Christ Church
in the Ward of Farringdon within in London
aforesaid this 6th. day of February 1793 on
view of the Body of Samuel Woolgar
now here lying Dead

John Radenhurst< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath that he hath known the deced Samuel Woolgar
about three Months
that he was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol that he hath been
in the Sick Ward where Dept. attends about twelve [..]
days very ill with in Fever that the continued very ill
until Monday Night last when he departed this
Life that he was attended by the Surgeon of the
said Gaol and Dept. has no doubt the aforesaid
Complaint occasioned the deced Death
