Informations of Witnesses taken at the
Parish of Saint Bartholomew the less
in the Ward of Farringdon without in
London the 6th. February 1793 on view of
the body of Elizabeth Jennings< no role > there
lying dead

Jane Davenport< no role > of Hughes Court< no role > Water Lane Black
friars Wife of John Davenport< no role > maketh oath that last
Thursday about noon the deced was in Bridge Street Black
friars where she frequent sweeping a way across the Street
for foot passengers to pass from opposite the end of Earl Street to
opposite the end of Williams Street that the deced was near
the Middle of the Street and a Hackney Coach [..] was driving
any part down the middle of the Street towards the Bridge &
the dead endeavouring to avoid drew back towards Earl Street
& was pared down by a Gentleman 's Carriage which was passing
in the same direction the Hackney Coach was but [..] in
a moderate few & she fell down & the near Wheels of the
Hackney Coach passed over her, one wheel over one of her Arms
& the other over her head.Says she does not known whether
the Gentl . Coach struck against the dead or whether the deced
room against that-That the Gentlemaning Coach stopped, but the
Driver of the Hackney Coach drove on & went away & Dept does
not either him or his Noand says he was doing extremely
fast, his horses being galloping the dead dece [..] Sand [..] night.
