Deposition of a Witness taken at London
that is to say at the Parish of Christ Church
in the Ward of Farringdon within in London
aforesaid the 29th. day of December 1792
on view of the Body of Hiram Arter now
here lying Dead

John Radenhurst< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath that he hath known the deced
Hiram Arter about three Weeks that he was also a Prisoner
in the said Gaol that hehath beencome into the Sick Ward where
Dept. attends [..] on Thursday Morning last very ill with
a Fever that he continued very ill until the next
Morning (Friday last) when he departed this Life
that he was attended by the Surgeon of the Said Gaol
and Dept. has no doubt the aforesaid disorder occasioned
the deceds Death
