aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for
our sd Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

her death say upon their Oath that the said

on the fourteenth day of
December in the year aforesaid being in a certain room in the dwelling house of me James
Burrows situate in the parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex
and then and
there being near the fire place situate in the said room wherein there was then a fire
It so happened that the Cloaths and wearing apparel of the said
JamesFrances Burrows did
then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune catch fire and were consumed
and the said

with the flames arising from the said fire was then
and there mortally burned of which sd burning she the said

as well
at the said parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex
as also at the said
parish of Saint Bartholomew the loss
aforesaid in the ward of Farringdon

aforesaid did languish and languishing did live until the fifteenth day of December
in the year aforesaid when the said

at the parish last aforesaid in the ward
aforesaid in London
aforesaid of the said Burning did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon
their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means
aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune was burned and killedIn Witness
whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
