and a certain person to the Jurors unknown<lb></lb>
being then and there drivelly certain Cart drawn by two Horses along and<lb></lb>
thro the said street It so happened that the said woman unknown did then and<lb></lb>
there accidentally fall upon the ground there and near to the said Cart while the same<lb></lb>
was passing on as aforesaid by means whereof the off wheel of the said Cart did then and there<lb></lb>
accidentally go upon and passover the Head of the said woman unknown by means<lb></lb>
whereof the said Woman unknown did then and there receive one mortal fracture<lb></lb>
in and upon her said head of which said mortal fracture the said woman unknown<lb></lb>
on the day and year aforesaid did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid<lb></lb>
do say that the said woman unknown in manner and by the means aforesaid<del>accidentally</del>

casually and by misfortune was accidentally Richd<del>came to her death and not otherwise</del>
and that the off wheel of<lb></lb>
the said Cart was moving to the death of the said woman unknown and is of the value of 2s and 6d<lb></lb>
